Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Competitiveness of Organic Food Industry in China Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

At present,organic food industry in China is in the starting stage and its overall competitiveness is still weak.By using analytic hierarchy process,the influencing factors on the competitiveness of organic food industry in China were analyzed from 4 aspects of production and supply,consumption demand,management body and government behavior,relevant supportive industries.The important degree of each influencing factor was compared by the means of weight quantification.Based on the key and important factors of being at a disadvantage,some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the competitiveness of organic food industry in China were put forward.
