Bazı Makarnalık Buğday Çeşitlerinin Kalite Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

This research was conducted to determine grain yield and some quality traits of 5 durum wheat varieties (Selcuklu - 97, Meram - 2002, Yelken - 2000, C - 1252 ve Kiziltan - 91) in a randomized block design with three replications in 2009 - 2010 and 2010 - 2011 growing seasons under irrigated conditions in Konya. According to the results including two years means ranged betw een; (343.73 - 517.26 kg \da) in grain yield, (36.38 - 41.68 g. ) in thousand kernel weight, (13.23 - 14.43 % ) in protein content , (21.00 - 32.00 ml ) in SDS sedimantation value, (19.14 - 22.13 ) in colour value, (129.83 - 290.22 10 - 4 Joule) in alveograph energy , ( 1. 83 - 2.70 min. ) in mixographe development time, (57.27 - 67.84 %) mixographe peai k high, (22.88 - 39.17% min) in mixographe degree of softening (291.96 - 402.46 %Tq*min) in mixographe total area.
