Molecular Analyses of Bacterial Elimination in Infected Root Canals Using Reciprocating Single File and Rotary Instrumentation-A Clinical Study

The aim of this study was to quantify the bacterial taxa and P. micra before and after RCT by using Real Time (RT)-PCR assay and to compare the bacterial reduction promoted by two instrumentation techniques i.e reciprocating single file and rotary multi-file systems.
