PROPOSTA DE NOVA SISTEMÁTICA DE PESO E BALANCEAMENTO DE AERONAVES NO DESPACHO OPERACIONAL DE VÔO

RESUMO Neste trabalho sao apresentados os fatores influentes e cruciais relativos ao peso e balanceamento de aeronaves. Tem como objetivo abordar as relevâncias no processo de determinacao do Peso e Balanceamento (P & B) de aeronaves, as influencias dos erros causais e das incertezas quanto ao P & B incorretos no cenario do transporte aereo comercial de passageiros e cargas no Brasil. O consumo de combustivel durante o voo, o reabastecimento, o embarque e o desembarque de cargas e passageiros, o deslocamento de passageiros ou pesos alteram tambem o envelope do Centro de Gravidade (CG) da aeronave com base nos dados de limites do CG de uma aeronave. O P & B bem determinado reduz as incertezas no despacho operacional das aeronaves e traz impactos positivos sobre as questoes ambientais e receitas das companhias aereas, alem da seguranca de voo. Entao propoe nova metodologia quanto a pesagem de passageiros e bagagens antes do embarque nas aeronaves. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Peso e balanceamento. Centro de gravidade. Aeronaves comerciais. A B S T R A C T This article present the important and relevant factories related to the aircraft weight and balance. The purpose is to point out the relevance at the aircrafts Weight and Balancing (W & B) process determination, the causal mistakes influences and uncertainties about at aircraft W & B at Brazilian cenary of the commercial air freight and passengers transport. The fuel consumption during the flight, the refueling, the boarding, or diboarding of passengers and loading or unloading of goods, or by moving passengers or weights shift to the aircraft Center of Gravity (CG) moment envelope based on the weight CG Limit Data by moving weights can be used to change the CG of an airplane by rearranging passengers or baggage. The W & B well done reduces the uncertainties about the flight operational dispatch and get the positive impacts over the environmental system and air operator revenue, beyond the flight safety.
