Development of Random Polypropylene Rubber Tarpaulin

A composition for preparing tarpaulin is studied by using atactic polypropylene and natural rubber.The effects of atactic polypropylene,vulcanizing agent,sulfur,activation agent and additives on rubber performances are tested.The results show that when a part of natural rubber is substituted by APP,the rubber is able to meet the manufacturer′s standards,furthermore,it could lower the cost and improve the economic efficiency significantly.
