Fatores influenciadores dos comportamentos de mobilização dos recursos humanos num hospital universitário

The influence of HRM practices and the mediating role of the psychological conditions of support, trust, justice and empowerment in the mobilization employee’s behaviours of Hospital Universitario Walter Cantidio (HUWC), Universidade Federal do Ceara (UFC), Brazil was studied. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were applied by means of structural equation modeling and bootstrapping (N = 638). The results showed that mobilizing HRM practices may stimulate the adoption of positive behaviours by the employees of HUWC/UFC. However, these practices may not be sufficient, unless practices of justice, support, trust and empowerment are also implemented, capable of developing employees’ deep feelings of emotional links to the institution and, consequently, improving their relationships, motivation and collective performance.
