An isolated monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to an IL-17RA human of SEQ ID NO: 430 and competes for binding to said IL-17RA with a monoclonal antibody isolated reference, wherein said reference antibody comprises a variable domain of the light chain SEQ ID NO: 40 and a variable domain of the heavy chain of SEQ ID NO: 14 and wherein said antibody or fragment specifically binds to a polypeptide consister of SEQ ID NO: 431, with a binding affinity 10-10 10-8 M and which specifically binds said polypeptide not where the aspartic acid residue at position 152 of SEQ ID nO: 431 substituted with an arginine, not specifically binds said polypeptide where the aspartic acid residue in the position 154 of SEQ ID nO: 431 substituted with an arginine, not specifically binds said polypeptide wherein the glutamic acid residue at position 156 of SEQ ID nO: 431 substituted with an arginine does not set SPECS ously said polypeptide substituted with arginine at position 184 of SEQ ID NO: 431, not specifically binds said polypeptide substituted with arginine at position 186 of SEQ ID NO: 431, not specifically binds said polypeptide substituted with arginine at position 297 SEQ ID nO: 431 and is not specifically binds with a polypeptide consisting of SEQ ID nO: 436.
