Research on urban infrastructures lifecycle O&M platform driven by BIM+AI

During the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) management phase of urban infrastructures, the fragmented data and discrete information resource cannot meet the multiple and informational application requirements of O&M. Based on lifecycle management theory, this paper proposes a lifecycle O&M platform framework for urban infrastructure by utilizing BIM, AI, IoT, micro-services and other innovative technologies. The core elements of the platform are analyzed in the aspect of data layer, model layer, and function layer and then key technologies such as BIM, AI, and IoT are deeply studied. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the platform are verified by handling typical scenarios.
