Process improvement of washing dusty tail gas in production of bleaching powder

The process flow and working principle of washing dry dusty tail gas in sodium hydroxide-process production of bleaching powder are introduced.An acid pipeline was installed to solve the fouling condition of the facility,and the self-excited washer was washed irregularly with acid during running of the facility.Thus,the washing effect was improved and the running time of the devices was prolonged.
