Detection of Vascular Plaque from Optical Coherence Tomography Images Using Hidden Markov Random Field Based Segmentation

We implemented a method to detect vascular plaque from optical coherence tomography images using hidden Markov random field based segmentation. We validated our segmentation results using both histology and photographic images of vascular plaque samples.
