Maryland State Board of Victim Services Governor's Victim Assistance Awards Luncheon

Luncheon’s Guest Speakers Will Tell a Harrowing tale of a Kidnapping in Mexico Throughout the month of April, organizations and agencies across Maryland have been holding events to honior and memorialize victims of crime. As part of these observations,, the Maryland State Board of Victim Services has scheduled an awards luncheon to honor those who have helped victims. The event will highlight individuals and agencies in both the public and private sector that have demonstrated outstanding performance in providing services and support to Maryland’s victims of crime during calendar year 2010. Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown will also participate in the event to honor the award recipients. Guest speakers will be Mexican publisher Eduardo Valseca and his American-born wife
