Building the organisation: Structure, programmes and activities

Abstract In this part of the 25-year history of the International Academy of Astronautics, the build-up of programmes and activities and the structure put together to carry them out are followed. In turn, the following areas are covered: (1) awards, (2) committees, (3) publications, and (4) the World Forum initiative, which was still under development at the time of the Academy's 25th birthday in 1985.still under development at the time of the Academy's
