Strategy of Further Improving the Level of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation of Zhangjiakou City

Improving the level of agricultural science and technology innovation is fundamental to the construction of a new socialist countryside and the development of the rural economy.Analysis is made on the recent achieuements of agricultural science and technology innovation of Zhangjiakou city,as well as the difficulties and problems that has arisen from constraints of geographical,economic and social development conditions.They are as follows:weak awareness of science and technology innovation,incompatible promoting ideas and methods,insufficient capital investment,unsound system,unclear duty and responsibility,low quality of personnel,outdated,equipment,and eargent need of capability upgrading of enterprises' independent innovation,etc.From aspects of clarifying thinging,making good plans,finding suitable breakthrough point.reinforcing foundation,and ensuring services,the strategy of upgrading the level of agricultural science and technology innovation of Zhangjiakou city is discussed in this paper.
