Nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy core for invert arc welding power source

High power inverter cores made of nanocrystalline FeNbCuSiB alloy are introduced in this article.The new cores show excellent properties,such as low core loss and high permeability.The heat produced by the core can easily be sent out by the new protection devices.The new cores can be applied in various high frequency and power main transformers between20and100kHz.
