Determination of Chlorides by Cold Vapor Molecular Absorption Spectrometry

The determination of chlorides by cold vapor molecular absorption spectrometry was studied. A spectrophotometer was used for the purpose. Operating conditions were investigated in detail. The detection limit for Cl - was 16 μg/mL. The analytical results of practical samples were satisfactory.
