Exhaust gas treatment process for novel ''green'' highway toll station

2015
An exhaust gas treatment process for novel ''green'' highway toll station includes a gas detection system, a gas collection system, a gas treatment system and a post-maintenance system. The main process is as below: A) infrared detectors are installed around the booths in a driveway and are connected to a vehicle exhaust gas analyzer; and when exhaust gas exceeds a threshold range, exhaust gas treatment equipment is automatically turned on; B) a centrifugal blower is installed at the bottom of the driveway, and a follow-up treatment system is installed in the underground space; C) a gas-guide tube is connected to the fan; D) gas is introduced into an exhaust collection dust removal chamber which is provided with spray equipment, discharged into a sedimentation tank, and enters into a municipal sewage plant; E) part of the insoluble acid gas in the spraying process needs to be treated by a lye desulfurization tank and discharged; and F) the exhaust gas after spray is discharged from a downwind area away from crowded toll area.
