The upper end of the lower spring is arranged below the base disc, the lower end of the lower spring is arranged on a lower spring press plate, the lower spring press plate is connected with a lower lifting driving mechanism for driving the lower spring press plate to move vertically, and the upper spring press plate, the base disc and the lower spring press plate are arranged coaxially. By means of the mechanism, load larger than the grinding stone self weight and load smaller than the grinding stone self weight can be exerted simultaneously, control precision is high, the stability is good, and the cost is low.
