Study on Quality Standard for Ertong Ke Tangjiang

Objective:To establish the quality standard of Ertong Ke Tangjiang.Methods:The TLC was adopted to identify Peucedani Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The HPLC was adopted to determine the content of Ephedrine Hydrochloride.Results:Peucedani Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were identified by TLC.The content of Ephedrine Hydrochloride was determined by HPLC,The results showed good linear relationship,the average recovery rate was 99.70 % and RSD value was 1.87 %.Conclusion:The established quality standard is convenient and feasible and can be used for the quality control of Ertong Ke Tangjiang.
