The invention relates to a reverse connection monitoring device of a power storage battery. The reverse connection monitoring device comprises a voltage monitoring part and a positive/reverse connection signal feedback part, wherein the voltage monitoring part comprises diodes VD1 and VD2, voltage division resistors R1 and R2, a voltage stabilization diode VD3 and a metal oxide semiconductor field effect field (MOSFET) transistor Q, the positive/reverse connection signal feedback part comprises current-limiting resistors R3 and R4, an indication lamp light emitting diode (LED) and a photocoupler T, the diode VD1, the voltage division resistor R1, the voltage division resistor R2 and the diode VD2 are sequentially connected in series, the voltage stabilization diode VD3 is connected in parallel between the two ends of the voltage division resistor R2, a gate of the MOSFET transistor Q is connected with the input end of the voltage division resistor R2, a source of the MOSFET transistor Q is connected with one end of the current-limiting resistor R4, a drain of the MOSFET transistor Q is connected with an input negative end of the photocoupler T, an input positive end of the photocoupler T is connected with the output end of the LED, the input end of the LED is connected with the voltage division resistor R3, and the other end of the R3 is connected with the output end of the diode VD1. By the reverse connection monitoring device, real-time monitoring on reverse connection of the power storage battery is achieved, and the risk caused by reverse connection during the usage process of the power storage battery is prevented; and the reverse connection monitoring device is reasonable in design and low in cost.
