BENZOLSULFONILUREAS and -thioureas substituted formula I, wherein R (1) is hydrogen, alkyl having 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms CO cycloalkyl having 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms; R (2) is alkyl having 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms, alkoxy having 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 C atoms, mercaptoalkyl having 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms CO CHAINS C {SUB, SUB {1} -C, 8} IN WHICH one to three carbon atoms may be substituted by heteroatoms or , NH, S; R (3) YR (4) may be identical or difrentes, and are hydrogen, alkyl having 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms CO TOGETHER form a chain (CH {SUB, 2}) {SUB 2 -5}; E is oxygen or sulfur; X is oxygen or sulfur; Y is a chain of hydrocarbons of the formula [CR (5) SUB {2}] {SUB, M}; R (5) is hydrogen or alkyl having 1 or 2 carbon atoms; M is 1 or 2; Ar is phenyl, thienyl, furyl, pyrrolyl, thiazolyl, naphthyl, pyridyl, each can be substituted with 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group comprising alkyl having 1 or 2 carbon atoms, alkoxy having 1 or 2 carbon atoms, Cl, Br, or F. these compounds have effects on the cardiovascular system.
