Networked Learning Environment Base on Blackboard System

The functional requirements about networked learning platform was analyzed,and then the network cooperation learning platform is built base on the Blackboard software,the result of practice indicated that there are many changed about the role of both teacher and student,both interest of student and teaching quality are enhanced highly.
