Cooling guide device for outlet end of copper wire annealing furnace

2011
The utility model discloses a cooling guide device for the outlet end of a copper wire annealing furnace. The cooling guide device comprises a cooling water groove (1) formed at the outlet of the annealing furnace; a group of inlet sealing sleeves (3) are arranged on the side wall at the front end of the cooling water groove (1) and a group of outlet sealing sleeves (4) are arranged on the side wall at the rear end of the cooling water groove (1); and a group of guide wheels (5) are arranged at the outlet end of the outlet sealing sleeves. In the cooling guide device, the guide wheels are moved out of the cooling water groove (1) and fixed on a frame outside the cooling water groove (1), so that bearings on the guide wheels can be protected against water erosion, solving the problem that the bearings of the guide wheels are easily damaged. The cooling guide device employs cheap common bearings instead of expensive graphite bearings, and one-year use of the original cooling guide device which has been modified based on the technical scheme provided by the utility model proves that the cooling guide device provided by the utility model greatly prolongs the service life of the bearings and lowers equipment modification cost since the common bearings have never been changed because of damage during the one-year use.
