Importancia de la tutorización para el éxito del Trabajo de Fin de Grado

espanolEl presente trabajo ha pretendido conocer la opinion que tienen los alumnos que cursan el Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) en la Universidad de Jaen y en el Centro Universitario SAFA de Ubeda, en el Grado de Educacion Infantil, ya que en dicho trabajo se desarrollan competencias necesarias para la consecucion del Grado, aunando teoria, practica e investigacion. Para ello se ha disenado un cuestionario que cumple con la necesaria fiabilidad y validez, estructurado en dos grandes bloques; por un lado, se pretendia caracterizar los participantes en esta investigacion (genero, edad, Universidad de matriculacion, nota de acceso a la universidad y nota media en el Grado) y un segundo, constituido por 33 items acerca de las percepciones que tiene el alumnado sobre el Trabajo Fin de Grado en Educacion Infantil. Se ha estructurado en cuatro dimensiones que son: Proceso de ensenanza-aprendizaje del TFG (4 items), Tutorizacion (11 items), Evaluacion (9 items) y Aplicabilidad del TFG (9 items), posibilitando tomar en consideracion las conclusiones y que ponen de manifiesto, entre otras cuestiones, la importancia de aspectos como el proceso ensenanza aprendizaje, las TIC o la Tutorizacion. En las conclusiones hemos detectado que el alumnado de Grado de Educacion Infantil valora especialmente la tutoria, pero es necesario que el profesorado universitario redefina su rol y sea consciente de la importancia de esta asignatura y que esta se desarrolle en aras a las competencias con las que se origino. EnglishThe present work has tried to know the opinion that the students who study the Final Degree Project (TFG) have in the University of Jaen and in the SAFA University Center of Ubeda, in the Degree of Infant Education, since in this work they develop competencies necessary for the achievement of the degree, combining theory, practice and research. For this, a questionnaire has been designed that meets the necessary reliability and validity and is structured in two large blocks; On the one hand, it was intended to characterize the participants in this research (gender, age, enrollment university, university entrance note and average grade in the Degree) and a second, consisting of 33 items about the students' perceptions on Final Degree Work in Early Childhood Education. It has been structured in four dimensions that are: TFG teaching-learning process (4 items), Tutoring (11 items), Evaluation (9 items) and Applicability of the TFG (9 items), making it possible to take the conclusions into consideration and put clearly, among other issues, the importance of aspects such as the teaching-learning process, ICT or Tutoring. In the conclusions we have detected that the Infant Education students especially value the tutoring, but it is necessary that the university professors redefine their role and be aware of the importance of this subject and that it develops in the interest of the competences with which it originated.
