The invention provides a 1-(3-amino propyl) substituted cyclic amine compound represented by a general formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an enantiomer, a diastereoisomer, a raceme and a mixture of the 1-(3-amino propyl) substituted cyclic amine compound, the pharmaceutically acceptable salt, the enantiomer, the diastereoisomer and the raceme, and a method for synthesizing the 1-(3-amino propyl) substituted cyclic amine compound by using heteroaromatic formaldehyde. The compound can be used as a CCR5 antagonist for treating HIV infection.
