CONTEXTO SOCIAL Y URBANO EN LOS HÁBITOS DE ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA DEPORTIVA DE JÓVENES DE UNA POBLACIÓN RURAL DE MÉXICO

El presente trabajo de tipo descriptivo tiene como objetivo describir la influencia del contexto social (familia y amigos) y urbano en los habitos de actividad fisica de una poblacion joven de una poblacion rural del Estado de Michoacan. La poblacion es no probabilistica por cuotas, participando 50 jovenes (10 mujeres y 40 varones) de entre 15 y 29 anos de la comunidad de Coalcoman. Para el levantamiento de la informacion se utilizo el cuestionario “Determinantes Sociales para la practica de Actividad Fisica”. Entre los principales hallazgos, se observa que la disminuida presencia de una cultura fisica en la familia y escasa oferta de programas deportivos alejan a los jovenes de la practica fisica-deportiva; sin embargo, el animo entre los pares es alto, lo que mantiene la posibilidad de activar una estrategia acorde a los intereses y necesidades de los jovenes de la comunidad. Palabras clave: jovenes, actividad fisica, deporte, familia y contexto urbano.  Abstract The objective of this descriptive work is to describe the influence of the social context (family and friends) and urban context on the physical activity habits of a young population of a rural population of the State of Michoacan. The population is not probabilistic by quotas, involving 50 young people (10 women and 40 men) between 15 and 29 years old from the Coalcoman community. To collect the information, the questionnaire "Social Determinants for the practice of Physical Activity" was used. Among the main findings, it is observed that the diminished presence of a physical culture in the family and scarce offer of sports programs move young people away from physical-sports practice; However, the spirit among the peers is high, which maintains the possibility of activating a strategy according to the interests and needs of the young people of the community.
