Application of IC+CASS in Ethanol Wastewater Treatment

The use of IC+CASS in ethanol wastewater treatment was introduced.After liquid-solid separation,ethanol wastewater was treated by IC+CASS.COD in inflow was about 12000～30000 mg /L,and that in outflow treated by IC was less than 2000 mg/L.The COD removal rate was above 90 %.The outflow of IC reactor went into CASS for further treatment and COD dropped to less than 300 mg /L.The quality of out-flow reached the discharging standards.The total COD removal rate was more than 97 %.
