A combination comprising (a) a compound of formula (I) ** ** Formula and (b) one or more selected from the group consisting antineoplastic agents 5-fluorouracil, cytarabine, gemcitabine, cisplatin, SN38, CPT-11, doxorubicin , paclitaxel, sorafenib, dasatinib, bortezomib and bevacizumab in which the active ingredients of the combination are present in each case in free form or in form of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or any hydrate or solvate thereof.
