Diode-pumped high-power micro-thickness Yb:YAG slab laser with high beam quality

A high power and high beam quality Yb:YAG oscillator has been developed using a micro-thickness slab structure. A cw output power of 152W was obtained with a beam quality factor of M 2 < 2.
