Fyziologické účinky rozvětvených aminokyselin a jejich analytické stanovení

This bachelor thesis is written as a literature research with focusing on the determination of branched-chain amino acids. First, the structure, properties and division of amino acids are described. Then, the physiological effects of branched-chain amino acids are discussed not only in sport and their metabolism is described. Further, the bachelor thesis is devoted to the analytical determination of amino acids by reversed-phase HPLC and to different derivatizing agents which are frequently used during their determination. Their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
