The present invention discloses a SiC fiber reinforced Ti-based composite material of the core ring by ultrasound method, preparation and detection techniques belonging composite materials. The Ti fiber reinforced SiC matrix composite ring member having a sandwich structure, a composite material in and around the ring core outer sheath Ti alloy composition. The present invention uses focused ultrasonic testing immersion method, by first measuring the aiding accurate way to get the speed of sound in the ultrasonic composite ring core and the outer sheath of Ti alloy, and then the surface of the ring using the sound speed measurement distance to the core and the ring core member outline size, to achieve the accurate positioning of the ring core portion. This method has great significance for improving the fiber-reinforced SiC matrix composite processed by mass Ti rings and ensure their safety service.
