Corresponsabilità educativa alimentare: scuola e famiglia attorno alla tavola

Abstract – Food education is essential for the future of the young generations, requires co-responsibility and educational alliance between parents and teachers, becoming a key perspective for training planning oriented towards the sustainability of life. The relationship between humanity and food, while responding to a primary need, is a source of reflection and choice of values, a sign of the relationship with oneself, with others, with the planet. Eating together, a typical character, albeit not exclusive to the human species, transforms the nutritional gesture into an eminently cultural fact and loads the moments of meals with an emblematic educational value. Around the table we eat, we talk, we compare, we put together experiences, ideas, emotions and differences, humanity is revealed, the search for the sense of eating in the pleasure of being together and communicating. Riassunto – L’educazione alimentare e essenziale per il futuro delle giovani generazioni, richiede corresponsabilita e alleanza educativa tra genitori e insegnanti, configurandosi quale prospettiva chiave della progettualita formativa orientata alla sostenibilita della vita. Il rapporto dell'uomo con il cibo, pur rispondendo ad una necessita primaria, e fonte di riflessione e di scelta valoriale, indice della relazione con se stessi, con gli altri, con il pianeta. Mangiare insieme, carattere tipico, seppur non esclusivo della specie umana, trasforma il gesto nutrizionale in fatto eminentemente culturale e carica i momenti dei pasti di un emblematico valore educativo. Attorno alla tavola si mangia, si dialoga, ci si confronta, si mettono insieme esperienze, idee, emozioni e differenze, si svela l’uma­ni­ta, la ricerca del senso del mangiare nel piacere di stare insieme e comunicare.
