Effect of Fly Net Covering on Quality of Cowpea after Harvest

The fly net covering often be used in the cultivation and production of cowpea production in Hainan Province,the experiment simulated the current production of cowpea storage methods,and did dynamic determination of quality index in 7 days of cowpea cultivated with fly net covering and open,to proved the influence on the quality index of cowpea with fly net covering.The results showed that the two group had not appeared of weightlessness within 7 days;the quality index of sensory index,decay rate,rust index and the crude fiber content of fly net covering group were better than the open cultivation group obviously;on the chlorophyll index and soluble protein content,the open cultivation group were better than the fly net covering group;the VC content of two groups had almost no change.
