Interweaving Data and Knowledge for Co-education Augmentation

2020
This work-in-progress paper describes a project to support co-education of teams such as a manufacturing department. Often, these teams do not update manuals. Data such as implementation records and incident reports are often stored separately and are difficult to retrieve. Consequently, business improvement and creation of new methods might not proceed. In this paper, we propose a method to help the team members to gather and knit their data and knowledge together. It helps both team experts and novices to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. Examples are presented of how these data and knowledge are constructed and used.
