Impact of Government Guidance Modes on Fundraising Effects

Data of government fund raising from 2008 to 2019 is utilized in this study to explore the impact of the marketization degree of government fund operation on the fundraising effect. The research mainly uses multiple regression analysis method. The results show that marketization factors are positively correlated with fundraising scale, fundraising frequency and fundraising efficiency. Besides, further researches also find that the positive effect of market factors is not affected by the level of regional development. These results may provide empirical evidence for the future market-oriented development of government fund and practical suggestions for government fund to survive the “cold winter” of capital.
