Capillary cell arrangement and method for receiving, for positioning and for analyzing a microscopic sample

2012
The invention relates to a capillary cell (10a, 10b), an arrangement and a method for receiving, for positioning and examination of a microscopic sample, particularly a brightened, fluorescent sample, with an optical disc fluorescence microscope. The capillary cell (10a, 10b) is adapted to be positioned in a chamber volume and has a capillary section (12a, 12b) having a wall (18a, 18b). The wall (18a, 18b) umschiest a sample volume and is at least partially flat and transparent. Furthermore, the capillary cell includes (10a, 10b) has an upper and a lower shutter portion (16a, 16b and 14a, 14b) with the capillary (12a, 12b) are connected (12a, 12b) close the the capillary. Due to the capillary (12a, 12b), the upper lock portion (16a, 16b) and the lower closure portion (14a, 14b) is separated from the sample volume to the chamber volume.
