Procede pour la production de 1-amino-3-aryl-uraciles

L'invention concerne un nouveau procede pour la production de 1-amino-3-aryl-uraciles de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 represente alkyle eventuellement substitue, R2 represente hydrogene, nitro, cyano, halogene ou alkyle eventuellement substitue, R3 represente hydrogene, nitro, cyano ou halogene, R4 represente hydrogene, nitro, cyano, carbamoyle, thiocarbamoyle, hydroxy, halogene ou alkyle, alcoxy ou benzoyloxy, ces trois derniers etant eventuellement substitues, et R5 represente hydrogene, hydroxy, mercapto, amino, hydroxyamino, nitro, cyano, carboxy, carbamoyle, thiocarbamoyle, halogene ou l'un des groupements suivants : -R?6, -Q-R6, -NH-R6?, -NH-O-R6, -NH-SO?2-R?6, -N(SO?2R?6)2, -CQ?1-R7, -CQ1-Q2-R6, -CQ1-NH-R6, -Q2-CQ1-R6, -Q2-CQ1-Q2-R6?, -NH-CQ1-R6, -N(SO?2?-R?6)-(CQ1-R6?), -NH-CQ?1-Q2-R6, -Q2-CQ1-NH-R6?. Dans ces groupements, Q represente O, S, SO ou SO?2?, Q?1 et Q2? representent independamment l'un de l'autre O ou S et R represente alkyle, alcenyle, alcynyle, cycloalkyle, cycloalkylalkyle, aryle, arylalkyle, heterocyclyle ou heterocyclylalkyle, chacun eventuellement substitue.
