Diseño de una Red AMI para Respuesta de la Demanda en un Sector de Bogotá

This project has the objective of designing an AMI Network of Smart Meters to serve the purpose of devising methods to cope with the energy demand in an specific sector within the city of Bogota, Colombia. A test zone of roughly 2Km will be taken into account, placing realistically the Meters in every house or building. The energy provider will be CODENSA S.A. The coverage will be made by Wi-Fi cells connected via a 4G network available through Movistar Colombia S.A. This WiMAX connection will end its course in the Billing Center owned by CODENSA S.A.
