The article presents the implementation of an educational resource mediated by Information Technology and Communication (ICT), in which is taken as basis the new model of universal design for learning (UDL), making it an open and accessible resource where educational competences can be evaluated. The resource is implemented in the school Debora Arango Perez located in Medellin, Colombia. The results show that the implementation of educational resources mediated by ICT through UDL model allows evaluation of competences in a flexible and accessible environment according to individual needs of students.
