The invention relates to a software registration method. The method comprises the steps that a registration interface operation instruction is received, a registration interface operates according to the registration interface operation instruction, a corresponding GUID code of a software registration terminal is acquired, and a machine code is determined according to the GUID code; a registration instruction is received, and an input final registration code is acquired according to the registration instruction; the machine code is taken as a secret key to decode the final registration code to obtain an original registration code; the original registration code is analyzed so that registration information can be obtained, and correlation storage is conducted on the registration information. When a registered final registration code is used for registration, a machine code the same as an encryption key can not be acquired, and therefore repeated registration conducted through the registered registration code is prevented. The invention further provides a software registration device, and a registration code generating method and device.
