Spatially Resolved Thermal Imaging and Spectroscopy of Uranus and Neptune

2007
Introduction: Spatially resolved observations of Uranus and Neptune’s thermal emission are being used to create latitudianlly (and, where possible, longitudinally) inhomogenous models of the structures of these atmospheres. Our data set includes both historical and recent observations of both planets from the middle infrared through the microwave. We report on recent measurements which we are using to sound the stratosphere through the deep tropospheres of both planets.
