Design of Cone Crusher's Automatic Control Based on Fuzzy Control

Single cylinder hydraulic crushers have being used extensively in mining field.However,at present,the basic control method is hand-control method which lead low efficeency and high energy dissipation.To resolve this problem,a concrete project of automatic control has been proposed in this paper.the system in this project can regulate the ejectment’s size automatically and control the main motor working with constant power,therefore,it can improve the productivity and automatic class of the device.
