Hitos de Innovación en Ingeniería Civil

This communication shows the leading role played by CEDEX throughout the consolidation process of the Interoperability of the European Railway Network. This process is split into three phases: Viability demonstration (EMSET Project, years 1995 – 2000), first pilot projects (ERTMS users Group, years 2001 – 2007) and the placement into service of the first commercial ERTMS projects (Group of Reference Laboratories, from 2007 up to now). Throughout this communication, we will address the main difficulties encountered,0which we had to overcome.
