Through utilization of magnetic induction strengths at the periphery of the reinforcements, the positions of the broken points of the reinforcements are determined through instantaneous reduction of the magnetic induction strength. The method has advantages of improving detecting precision, simplifying data acquisition, improving detecting efficiency and detecting precision, realizing no requirement for calculation of multiple data, and facilitating position determining for the broken points.
