Inspirations to Teachers Stimulation from Porter-Lawler Model

There existed in school management some phenomena such as the inperfect teachers incentive mechanism,the simple incentive measures,and the low incentive results.By analyzing and studying Porter-Lawler comprehensive incentive theory,a lot of inspirations can be drawn.In order to make teachers stimulation more effective,the relationship between work and rewards must be straightened out,and teachers expectations must be adjusted.In addition,teachers should be more aware of their own roles,and prominence should be given to the reward system,thus teachers may feel fair and satisfied and redouble their efforts.
