License Plate Recognition System Based on OpenCV

With the further promotion and utilization of intelligent transportation in our country, the role of the license plate recognition system becomes more obvious and critical. A perfect license plate recognition system can help save manpower and material resources, improve vehicle information collection efficiency, and help realize better traffic conditions. The article first analyzes the basic concept of OpenCV and license plate recognition system, considers the current application and importance of license plate recognition system, and then, explores the current license plate positioning method based on OpenCV.
