CLASES Y PROPIEDADES. PRIMERO, LA DEÍXIS

Los determinantes son elementos esenciales para que el chico, en el proceso de adquisicion de su lengua primera, pueda no solo ordenar sintacticamente su produccion sino que tambien clasificar los referentes que va adquiriendo, y, asi, realizar la conceptualizacion del mundo. El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivos: - reconstruir los pasos que realiza el chico para construir el sistema complejo de determinantes de la gramatica adulta - documentar la progresion en la adquisicion de los determinantes: determinativos definidos e indefinidos, determinantes demostrativos y posesivos - especificar los distintos usos de los determinantes en funcion de la complejidad que implica la recuperacion de la referencia. Asi, de acuerdo a la mayoria de los estudios psicolinguisticos, las primeras palabras que el chico adquiere estan ligadas al contexto. Esto se refleja, en el caso del determinante, en el uso exclusivamente deictico del determinante definido en los primeros estadios de la gramatica infantil. Los demas usos del determinante definido y del indefinido se producen tardiamente ya que exigen presuposiciones y conocimiento de mundo, es decir, mayor carga de procesamiento. Por ultimo, una vez que los usos del determinante definido se extienden, el del demostrativo - estrictamente espacial - termina de sistematizarse. FIRST, DEIXIS The determiners are necessary elements for the child in the first language acquisition process not only to arrange his/ her language’s syntax but also to classify and categorize the referent that he/ she is acquiring in order that he/she can do a conceptualization of the world. The present paper has the following purposes: - rebuild step by step what the child does in her/his acquisition process to build the complex system of the determiners of an adult grammar - provide, with documentary evidence, the progressing in reference to the determiners’s acquisition: definite and indefinite determiners, demonstrative determiners and possessive determiners - Specify different uses of the determiners according to the complexity involved in the retrieval process of the reference. By this means, according to most of the psycholinguistic studies, the first words that the child acquires are context-bound words. This is reflected, in association with the determiners, in the exclusive deictical use of the determiner in the first states of child grammar. The other uses of the definite and indefinite determiner were produced rather late in child grammar as they demand major information processing. Lastly, once the different uses of the definite determiner are extended, the use of the demonstrative - strictly spatial - finishes the process of systematize.
