Relationship Between Rhizosphere Microflora and Cadmium Concentrations in Water Spinach Stems and Leaves

2014
A root box experiment was carried out in order to study the microflora of rhizosphere soil of two typical water spinach( Ipomoea aquatica Forssk),qiangkunliuyebaigu( QK,Cd-PSC) and Taiwan 308 chunbailiuye( T-308,non-Cd-PSC). The results show that the difference of Cadmium concentrations between two different cultivars is remarkably significant, and the root system microorganism takes the inhibitory action to QK,but takes the promoter action to T-308. And their influence on QK is greater than that to T-308. The change relation between Cadmium concentration in stem and leaf of QK and the root system fungus is the closest, but the change of variety T-308 is closest to the root system.
