The invention provides a full solid state laser device. The full solid state laser device comprises a plurality of laser modules connected in series, an endoscope A, an endoscope B, a water cooling system and a power module, wherein each laser module comprises a laser crystal bar, a plurality of groups of semiconductor laser arrays and a matched mechanical structure; the laser crystal bar is formed by bonding white YAG crystals at two ends of a Tm:YAG crystal; the endoscope A is a totally reflecting mirror and the surface of the endoscope A is plated with a high-reflective film for laser with the wavelength of 2mu m; the endoscope B is an output coupling mirror, one surface of the endoscope B facing the interior of an optical resonator is plated with a partially reflective film for laser with the wavelength of 2mu m, and the other surface of the endoscope B is plated with an antireflection film for laser with the wavelength of 2mu m; the water cooling system is used for controlling the temperature of the laser modules; the power module is used for providing driving power for the laser modules. The device provided by the invention can output high-power full solid state Tm:YAG laser with the central wavelength of 2.07mu m, and the output laser has high transmittance in atmosphere; the device is low in design complexity and can be widely applied.
