In this thesis, the sales policy and selection of distribution channels are analyzed on the example of the Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa. The goal of selling in each hotel is the maximum use of accommodation capacities and the fulfillment of the needs and wishes of guests, with the highest possible profitability. For the successful operation of the hotel, the readiness to adapt new trends in the tourist market is important. New trends bring changes in the distribution of products and services, so hotels need to adapt their sales policy to modern challenges and choose efficient distribution channels. By researching and analyzing the hotel's business and critically reviewing, it was concluded that the hotel pursues an efficient sales policy and selects effective distribution channels, and with its success competes with the best hotels in Dalmatia.
