Electricity and syngas from biomass and wastes applying CFB gasification

The paper describes atmospheric CFB (Circulating Fluidised Bed) gasification of wood, biomass, residues, wastes for the production of fuel gas for electricity generation and/or industrial consumers. Examples of large-scale application are presented. Synthesis gas production for methanol is described briefly. (orig.)
